We are looking for a super-star Private PA, who has prior experience working within the film industry, to support a high-net-worth film producer across all areas of his private and business life.  This will be a fast-paced and varied role that will require a high level of organisation, attention to detail and a proactive approach to work. Overseeing all areas of the principal’s life, you will be his right-hand, pre-empting his needs and ensuring that all elements run smoothly at all times.

A successful film-producer, our client requires a PA who has extensive knowledge of the film industry as well as good connections and awareness of important dates in the calendar, therefore, it is essential that you have previous experience working in the film industry, as well as prior PA experience.

Based between the office and the principal’s home in Central London, usual working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with on-call out of hours. You may also be required to travel with the principal occasionally – so flexibility is required. A driving licence would be greatly beneficial, but is not essential.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Diary management – both private and business across multiple time zones
  • Travel organisation – flights, itineraries, accommodation, visas, transportation, and transfers
  • Household management - overseeing household staff and managing all finances and bills
  • Gatekeeping and liaison with contacts, suppliers and contractors – maintaining relationships
  • Finance management - overseeing accounts and managing all payments
  • Making dinner and hotel reservations, booking personal appointments
  • Event organisations and sourcing venues
  • All personal shopping and weekly grocery shopping
  • Management of cars, insurances, services, taxes etc.
  • Management of all correspondence - both business and personal
  • Meeting preparation, research and occasional minute taking
  • Travelling with the principal on occasion
  • Running errands when required
  • Other administrative and organisational duties on request

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:

  • Minimum two years prior PA experience supporting a high net worth individual
  • Previous extensive experience working in the film industry
  • Strong administrative abilities with good organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Distinct ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Result oriented, energetic and proactive - positive ‘can do’ attitude
  • Willingness to travel
  • Calm with the ability to work well under pressure
  • A self-starter who will go above and beyond to get the job done
  • A team player who is willing to work collaboratively, as well as autonomously
  • Proficiency in English is essential
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
  • Excellent checkable references

If this sounds of interest, and you meet the essential criteria, then please do apply within or get in touch to find out more.
