Team Assistant

An exciting opportunity has arisen at an Investment management company based in the City of London.  They are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Team Assistant to start immediately for an ongoing temporary contact.

You will be supporting 15 professionals and will need to be proactive and able to the hit the ground running as you will be working in a fast paced environment.

This is a great opportunity for a very organised and eager individual to join this organisation and adapt as an integral member of the company.

Skills and experience required:

• Previous experience working in a busy fast paced team within a corporate environment
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Diary management and the setting up of internal and external meetings
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Adapts well to changing plans and priorities; deals comfortably with ambiguity
• Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook calendaring, Outlook email, etc.)
• Maintains strict confidentiality standards
• Ability to work a flexible schedule and overtime as necessary
• Excellent phone manner and management a must
• Corporate administrative experience in roles that interfaced with external clients and executive management.
• Experience and proficiency working with automated expense tracking, online travel etc.
• Strong time management skills; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments, with a high degree of accuracy, and meet deadlines in a high pressure environment
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and with minimal guidance; escalate issues as appropriate
