We’re looking for temporary Team Assistants and Team PAs, who are committed to temping (i.e. not ideally looking for permanent roles), to provide seamless and comprehensive administrative support to leading Private Equity and Alternative Investment firms within and around the West End.

THE ROLE

As a temporary Team Assistant or Team PA, you’d carry out assignments lasting from days, weeks, or months at a variety of our clients, the majority of which have brilliant reputations in the industry and collaborative, supportive and ambitious cultures.

Your main responsibilities may vary between assignments, however general duties would include, but won’t be limited to, complex diary management, managing expenses, booking travel (when allowed), and providing general admin support to the assigned team(s). Depending on the assignment, there may also be scope to get involved in projects and/or event organisation.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

These roles are fast-paced and require candidates with demonstrable adaptability, flexibility, proactivity, and who are reliable and committed to a career as a temp. You will need to have experience providing diary management and booking travel. No prior industry experience is required, however past experience temping in similar roles, and in similar fast-paced environments, with a preference for Private Equity or boutique Finance experience is desirable. A fantastic work ethic, positive attitude, and the ability to get on with many different personalities are absolute musts.

Temping is a brilliant way to maintain flexibility to work around your lifestyle/other commitments, while gaining valuable experience at well-respected companies within the Alternative Investment sector. Many of our existing temps are self-employed as actors, musicians, entrepreneurs, or are career changers who want to get into alternative finance.
