This is a role supporting a very successful Group HR Director for a well known company based in Manchester. A fantastic place to work with a great network of EA’s I am looking for someone excellent to join their ranks.

• Diary and logistics management
• International Travel booking
• Inbox management
• Expenses
• Planning small and large scale events from concept to completion
• Research and support on internal projects
• Minutes (actions)
• Setting up meetings with stakeholders
• Being an ambassador and gatekeeper
• Board Packs
• Project Management

A very involved EA role there is nothing that you will not have exposure to. I am looking for someone who is seriously bright, hardworking, fast paced though also nurturing and with a positive attitude who is discreet reliable and with a natural problem solving streak. This is a role for someone who likes to work at a serious pace and work within a fantastic team.
