Float EA - On-going temp assignments

A leading and dynamic global management consulting firm based in central London is looking to recruit several Float EA's on an ongoing temporary basis. This is an extremely busy and varied role giving you the opportunity to move around the business and support partners with a variety of PA duties keeping you busy from day to day.

Looking for at least 3 years experience working as an Float EA supporting 3-6  senior level executive/partners within a professional services firm.

MUST HAVE FLOAT EA EXPERIENCE WITHIN PROFESSIONAL / FINANCIAL SERVICES. THIS IS NON NEGOTIABLE.

This is a team orientated role that sits alongside other float PA’s in the business. This position would suit a detail-driven individual with excellent technical skills and a willingness to take on anything thrown their way. This is a very organisational role and in an extremely fast-paced environment.

Float PA duties include:

·Extensive diary management

·Arranging client and internal meetings

·Organising domestic and international travel arrangements

·Preparing and submitting time & expense reports

·Maintaining & updating Partners' client contact information

·Drafting and archiving correspondence

·Screening telephone calls

·Attending team meetings as necessary

·Cover for colleagues within immediate team and group as a whole

·Organising team dinners and events

This role would suit an EA with previous experience of working in a busy, deadline-driven environment and this person will need to be quick to remember and very on the ball. You will have experience working in a fast-paced professional services environment and have excellent IT Skills and the ability to hit the ground running.
