We are looking for a superb PA / EA with confidence and charm to run the Business and Private life of a dynamic, sharp and successful Founder / Entrepreneur who is a leading figure in the Real Estate world. This role  would suit someone who truly loves looking after their Principal and thrives in an all-encompassing, business and private PA / EA role. Great role if you enjoy working mainly 1:1 at CEO / Founder level and are accustomed to working to the highest standards.

Not only will you have great attention to detail and accuracy, you will also have strong emotional intelligence, integrity, be a brilliant communicator and driven to achieve best for your Employer.

The role is based from a Boutique office in Mayfair, it’s a small team who are driven a fast paced environment. There is also some office management within the role. Duties include:

Private PA

  • Extensive diary management
  • Complex international travel booking
  • Researching private projects
  • Sourcing unusual and hard to find items
  • Personal shopping, gift buying etc
  • Liaising with private households when required; eg: dealing with suppliers
  • Booking restaurants, social activities for family
  • Personal expenses

Business EA

  • Complex international diary and travel management
  • Organizing conference calls, video calls, Zoom etc
  • Dealing with general business admin, correspondence
  • Expenses – imputing onto accounting system
  • Preparing Board packs, taking minutes
  • Client Database management
  • Research
  • Other EA duties as required

Office management

  • The office is serviced so this is only a small part of the role which requires  the smooth running of the office; general admin eg: inputting of expenses, paying invoices, ordering office supplies, liaising with contractors maintaining office / team records.

Candidates will need to have longevity in their roles to be considered, excellent IT and organizational / admin skills . 

Some out of office hours will be required due to the private element of the role so flexibility will be required.
