What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Acting as first point of contact with senior level clients
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring total customer satisfaction
  • Nurturing warm leads, aiming to bring new business on board
  • Building strong working relationships across the firm, collaborative support hugely encouraged
  • Developing communications to help new clients become familiar with the product
  • Managing client database, user lists and analysing user satisfaction
  • Using and managing customer experience measurement tools
  • Liaising continually with your manager for support, direction and encouragement

 The skills you need to bring:

  • 0-2 years’ experience in a client-facing role
  • Forward-thinking approach and interest in technology
  • Great organisational skills and the ability to multitask
  • Positive and flexible can-do attitude
  • Confident communicator with strong ability to influence
  • A commercial but client-centric mindset
  • Determination to succeed
