Recruiting Sourcer - Technology Company

Our client, a global technology company is seeking an experienced recruiter to work alongside a collaborative team. This is an exciting role where the successful candidate will manage the 360 degree recruitment process working on roles across EMEA. The successful candidate will have at least 6+ years experience working in recruitment and will be confident working with multiple hiring managers and stakeholders.

This is a 12 month contract role so candidates must be available immediately.

Duties will include:

• Managing multiple/complex searches
• Creating innovative sourcing strategies to bring in diverse talent to the business
• Collaborating closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process
• Relationship management
• Database management/reporting
• Ensuring all documentation is completed and up to date
• Acting as a key point of contact for candidates
• Managing the recruitment timeline
