Part time PA /Office Manager role with projects

Are you looking for an interesting, varied part time PA / Office Manager role?  A brilliant opportunity has arisen working with an inspirational, entrepreneurial CEO and team at a Tech firm based in Shoreditch.

This is a 10 month contract with the possibility of the role becoming permanent later this year. The role will initially be remote and post lockdown will be based from their office with flexibility. You will support the CEO and team with a variety of business tasks:

  • Diary, inbox, meeting preparation and travel management for CEO
  • Office and facilities management including supplies, supplier contracts and maintenance
  • Team Admin support, meeting coordination
  • Team events coordination, leading social committee and wellness initiatives
  • Ad hoc project support – managing a potential office move

You will have PA / Office Coordination experience from a similar environment. You are a natural team player, with excellent communication skills, a good sense of humour and a proactive approach!

This is a wonderful role offering great work/life balance and the opportunity to work alongside a talented, passionate CEO and team. Circa 24-30 HOURS PER A WEEK WITH FLEXIBILTY ON EXACT HOURS AND HOW THESE ARE SPLIT ACROSS THE WEEK.

Salary: £30,000 - £33,0000 pro rata
