A boutique financial services company in the City are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join them on an initial 3- 6 month contract. This is an extremely busy role that will work closely with the HR  and Recruitment team to provide a first-class experience for candidates. The Recruitment Coordinator will be responsible for managing the overall candidate experience, so it is important that the successful applicant is highly proactive with a strong ability to multi-task. Experience in a similar role within financial or professional services desired. This is an urgent hire due to high internal volumes so you must be immediately available, or on a short notice period.

What you’ll do;
• Maintain job boards
• Database management including candidate data mapping
• Oversight of the applicant tracking and background checking system
• Manage all job advertising on the designated job boards and websites
• Extensive diary management and meeting coordination
• Work closely with all departments to assist with candidate onboarding
• Process all compliance and background checks
• Prepare all candidate offer letters ready for approval
• Liaise with external suppliers to provide feedback as required
• Support the other adhoc projects

What you’ll need;
• Strong experience using MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Experience in an admin heavy role preferably within Financial or Professional services
• A proactive approach to work and the flexibility to meet changing business needs
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Team player
