HR Manager

An exciting, fast paced and international FinTech firm is looking for an experienced HR Manager to step in and manage all HR for the fast-growing firm. Based from central London, the boutique firm has multiple offices around the world and have an aggressive expansion plan for this year.

Having grown very quickly without previous HR support the role requires a professional who can step in and implement policy, manage recruitment, international payroll as well as play an active role in bringing the team together – it’s a big challenge offering substantial rewards.

Linked to several other businesses the role offers the opportunity over time to progress and take on more autonomy, projects and responsibility. Requiring hands on practical experience as well as the ability to manage and strategise there is huge scope.

Looking for a fully CIPD qualified HR expert with specific experience working in an international firm (FinTech, VC, start up, boutique finance all beneficial), practical experience dealing with payroll, recruitment, structures, benefits and company culture are all key to the role.
