Great opportunity for a strong and process driven administrator to join a top asset management company as part of their operations team.  You will be based in spectacular offices in the City of London.

You will be working for a really friendly team of asset and fund managers and your responsibilities will include high levels of document execution, producing and verifying reports, checking data, uploading monthly and quarterly valuation data and generally ensuring the timely and smooth running for the execution of documents, gaining signatories and liaising with lawyers regarding amendments etc. 

The ideal candidate will have very strong admin and organisational skills and may well have senior level PA/administrative experience gained from working in the property, legal or financial sectors. Data management skills would be beneficial, particularly Horizon.  You should be meticulous, work accurately under pressure and have a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
