VWA has newly taken on a fantastic Talent Manager opportunity with a growing tech firm based in Clerkenwell.

Ideally candidates for this Talent Manager position will have an HR qualifications, CIPD Level 5+.

Combining Recruitment and HR, Operations and IT, this is an all-encompassing role. As Talent Manager you will lead all talent acquisition for the business from liaising with recruiters, managing the interview process and onboarding new team members. You will be responsible for HR within the business and key to this role will also be managing and maintaining and promoting a strong office environment and work culture.

Talent Manager applicants should have previous recruitment experience and demonstrate experience introducing new processes/ways of working with supporting systems and software. The ability to stay abreast of new technologies and recognise how systems may be improved using technology, will be essential. You will be self-starting and show initiative, with a creative, problem-solving approach.

Team-orientated, collaborative and approachable, you will maintain a strong work-ethic and passion for being part of a small and growing firm.

Salary will be based on experience up to a maximum of 50K.
