The CEO runs a successful hospitality business based within the UK and Europe, so you will be expected to accompany him to these sites as well as travel internationally for meetings. During office hours (9am – 6pm) the PA will be based within the CEO’s offices in Central London, but will also be expected to be on-call outside of office hours and available to take calls and respond to emails remotely. You must be happy to be on call 24/7.

The PA will largely be responsible for providing executive business support to the CEO and assisting him with all aspects of running his business; but there will be an element of personal support required including managing his personal diary and social calendar, booking appointments, reservations and scheduling social engagements.

The CEO is exceptionally busy so it is imperative for the PA to be adaptable, remarkably efficient and well organised with a highly professional approach. You must possess a meticulous eye for detail and excellent communication and administrative skills, and the ability to use your initiative to work to the highest level. The ideal candidate will be degree educated and experienced in managing complex diaries and itineraries with demonstrable experience supporting at C-suite level. To be considered for this role you must be fluent French speaking and have 5+ years of previous experience supporting a CEO in a PA/EA position.

The duties for the role will include;

  • Co-ordinating all business travel, hotel arrangements and flights etc
  • Working collaboratively with senior stakeholders in order to ensure the smooth running of commercial meetings
  • Supporting all your colleagues with access to the CEO when needed
  • Managing and organising team social events (Christmas and Summer parties)
  • Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation
  • Maintaining travel records
  • Extensive diary management
  • Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues
  • Collating and submitting all expenses
  • Organising/delegating refreshment orders for internal meetings and events
  • Ad-hoc administrative and personal tasks as and when required
  • Being eyes and ears in the office as well as an ambassador for the CEO internally
  • All business admin
  • General day to day administration
  • Assisting with a variety of special projects as directed

To be considered for this role you must;

  • Have a minimum of 5+ years’ experience as a PA/EA
  • Have a valid passport
  • Be eligible to work in the UK
  • Have excellent contactable references
  • Be degree educated
  • Be fluent in French language
