Are you interested in working for one of the world’s leading Universities as a Student Life Coordinator? This is an exciting opportunity to provide additional support at a busy time for the Careers and Student Life team. This new role will predominately focus on assisting with the delivery of an exciting project offering the School’s students access to several digital tools and initiatives.

THE ROLE:
- Monitoring the team’s generic email address inboxes to ensure that queries are dealt with quickly and effectively
- Being a point of contact for students requesting access to digital tools and other initiatives
- Arranging access for students to the digital tools in a timely manger
- Maintaining a tracking database related to the project
- Processing expenses
- Assisting with the team’s general comms to students via an internal platform
- Supporting the organisation of events led by the team and students
- Supporting ad-hoc projects
- 2+ years’ experience in administration, preferably within higher education
- Experience of managing or coordinating projects, activities or events to time and budget
- Excellent typing and IT skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook
