This is a busy and interesting role for an experienced EA with a background in Investments/Private Equity or Hedge (Essential)  Degree standard (also Essential) to support two very busy and successful Managing Partners.  The support team are very friendly and supportive so your personality fit will be important (lots of energy, warmth and humour with a helpful personality)

The firm is very successful, investing in international tech/media/telecoms.   Always busy, you will have plenty of energy, a top eye for detail and able to juggle various demands and requests during the day.

Extensive diary across multiple time zones and extensive travel management, including private jets, internal travel, accommodation etc.  Monthly expenses & reconciliation.  Dealing with incoming calls and external requests, greeting clients.  Preparation of documents, reports and presentations.  Dealing with agendas and paperwork for meetings, research when required. A top communicator with excellent English both written and spoken is needed for this role

Able to produce excellent documentation and an awareness of current business issues, actioning and following up as necessary.  Happy to assist Partners with personal work when required (25%).  Well presented and spoken and a positive team playing manner of working.  There is not massive support out of hours or week-ends but you will be required to pitch in when needed.
