Our client is seeking a skilled German or French speaking Customer Service Coordinator to join their dynamic customer service team! You will be involved in a successful company within the healthcare industry who are now expanding their customer service team in South Derbyshire.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Liaising with clients and internal stakeholders and ensuring all enquiries are dealt with in a timely manner
  • Dealing with a wide range of clients via the telephone and responding to emails across the German or French market
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks
  • Supporting the management team with client meetings/conferences when required

About you:

This role requires the successful candidate to be confident, well-spoken, have a proven background in customer service and be fluent in German or French. This vacancy would be suitable for someone who is looking to pursue a career within the healthcare industry. You will be involved in a dynamic, motivated team where you will have the chance to progress within the company.

Profile:

  • Required to be fluent in German or French to a native level, both written and spoken
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Able to commute to South Derbyshire on a daily basis
  • Previous experience working in customer care, sales administration, client support or account management dealing with products
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • A keen interest in the healthcare, medical or pharmaceutical industry
