Our prestigious Boston headquartered US law firm client is searching for a Recruiting Specialist to be responsible for the full cycle of the graduate recruitment process for the London and UK offices including the running of vacation schemes. The role will support the Recruitment Manager - Europe and Asia with the end-to-end lateral and professional staff hiring. It also plays an important part in building the talent pipeline for the UK offices and the successful candidate will be the "face of the firm" for all UK graduate recruitment activities and events.

Main responsibilities:

  • Graduate Recruitment
  • Vacation Schemes
  • University Relations
  • Lateral and Professional Staff Recruiting
  • Statistical & Other Reporting Responsibilities
  • Firmwide Initiatives & Ad Hoc Project

The specialist will also work with the Recruitment Manager on the training contract experience with the upcoming Solicitors Qualification Examination (SQE) changes

Work closely with global recruitment department on projects and Workday enhancements

Assist with ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree, 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in law firm or professional services firm and previous graduate recruitment and recruitment experience strongly preferred. The firm are seeking someone with exceptionally strong organisational skills, and ability to prioritise workload. You must be able to handle pressure, work on multiple projects and changing priorities. It's essential to have superior interpersonal and communication skills, a professional demeanor and ability to interact effectively with all levels of firm personnel, as well as others outside of the firm. Willingness to participate in occasional weeknight events, as required (but currently on-line along with travel to UK universities wil be required (when permitted).#
