Do you have one year's experience of working in-house as a Recruitment Coordinator? 

Are you an excellent communicator? Are you motivated, resourceful and ready to go?

If the answer is yes; we’d love to hear from you.  Particularly if you have a good understanding of financial services.

Our client is looking for a dynamic individual to join their team as soon as possible – you’ll add value straight away.

What you’ll be doing day to day:

  • Reviewing CVs, scheduling interviews and conducting reference checks
  • Gathering candidate information including compensation expectation and relocation needs
  • Coordinating interviews, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Creating and maintaining candidate records
  • Assisting with onboarding
  • Gathering market research relating to talent and employment trends
  • Assisting with HR projects as required

The skills you need to bring:

  • 1 year's in-house recruitment coordination experience absolutely essential 
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships
  • An understanding of recruitment regulations/GDPR
  • Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • Financial Services experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
