Do you have 3+ years’ experience planning and delivering cultural or sporting events to a very professional standard?

Have you managed the logistics and full lifecycle of both virtual and live events?  

Are you creative with a flair for curating virtual and live event experiences to entertain clients and nurture relationships? 

Have you managed all elements of ticketing and accreditation for hospitality events?

Are you flexible and adaptable with the ability to respond to the ever changing events environment with a smile on your face?!

Our client is an investment bank with huge global presence.  They are looking for a Hospitality and Event Coordinator to manage event logistics alongside ticket and hospitality requests. 

You’ll need to be personable and happy to pitch in with the team.   

You will experience all aspects of Event Marketing allowing for plenty of creativity!

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

  • Managing and processing all ticket and hospitality requests for the business
  • Delivering small meetings, conferences and seminars in live and virtual formats across EMEA
  • Handling all event logistics: agenda, invitations, suppliers, travel, on-site management
  • Managing project budgets including pre and post event costings
  • Executing events that meet all compliance requirements
  • Liaising closely with internal business areas across the group

The skills you need to bring:

  • 3+ years’ experience managing hospitality and events
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at the same time
  • Experience in technical and virtual event delivery
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A strong customer focus
  • Good knowledge of the hospitality and events market
  • Willingness to travel
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working across EMEA and in Financial Services beneficial
  • Enthusiasm and positivity
