Executive Assistant – Private Equity 

Superb opportunity for a well - educated career Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator to support a highly driven MD within Private Equity.

This is a high pressured and demanding role supporting a Leader in PE across Europe. Due to the high pressure , high volume and demand of this role working outside of traditional  hours will be expected.

They require an Executive Assistant with exceptional organisation skills, the ability to work on multiple projects in an extremely pacey environment. Ability to change priorities whilst remaining calm and focussed is essential . Must be able to manage upwards. Must have extremely strong communication and document production skills.

The Executive Assistant needs first class written skills as will be expected to create documentation and to proofread on behalf of the along with building great relationships with their clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities for the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Executive Assistant

-Extensive inbox and meeting co-ordination

-Complex, demanding and ever-changing diary management

-UK and European travel itineraries

- Preparation of presentations and pitch documentation including research packs and preparing marketing materials.

- Preparation and proof reading of client reports

  • Project Management:

-Oversee the process for each project and keep every step of the process on track

-Inform the MD of any critical updates related to client expectations or project pipeline

-Schedule all business-related meetings, calls and interviews

-Project Communication & Documentation, manage and own (where appropriate) communication with clients

-Create, edit and format all client-facing documents

  • Client Relationship Building and BDM

-Maintain excellent relationships with firm members and clients

-Serve as the external liaison between the MD and their clients and their extended team

-Serve as the internal liaison within the Private Equity team members

  • Data/ Finance

-Manage the financial aspects of the billing process

Requirements:

  • Must be proactive problem solver with strong business judgement, detail orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • A university degree from a respected institution is preferred.
  • MUST have recent experience as an EA / Project Coordinator Private Equity, Hedge funds or Investment banking Sector.
  • At least 5 years stable work history as an Executive Assistant /Project Coordination
  • First class written English skills – experience of document production and proof reading.
  • Proven relationship building expertise with a range of high-profile clients.
