Finance Director (bilingual Italian/English)

A global music production company is looking for a proactive bilingual (Italian & English) Finance Director to join their busy team.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Provide on-going business analysis, commercial and operational support to strategic objectives and projects
• Develop and implement internal operating and controlling procedures
• Produce monthly/annual accounts, budgeting and forecasting, and cash-flow management
• Able to present financial information to non-finance departments
• Help develop a broad set of KPI's to analyse sales and profit performance
• Drive strategic decision-making with monthly detailed commentary, KPIs and other ad-hoc information
• Provide financial and commercial insight and advice enabling the business to develop and execute its business strategy
• Support the Finance Director Corporate with the annual audit process, including the preparation of end of year accounts files and audit schedules
• Responsible for P&L and margin analysis, Balance Sheet and cash-flow from both an actuals and forecasting perspective

WHO YOU ARE
An experienced Finance Director, looking for a challenging and fast paced work setting where you will work within an extremely busy team in a high performing environment.

Requirements:

• Qualified by experience or ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified, with minimum 5 years Post Qualification Experience
• Degree educated
• Able to speak and write native level Italian and English
• Sound knowledge of accounting software
• Positive and proactive attitude with a critical mindset
• High energy and ambitious with a proactive attitude
• Interest in the music industry
• Proven experience in leadership position and stakeholder relationship management
• Experience of working, partnering and liaising with teams outside of Finance
• Demonstrable initiative
