A boutique executive search firm which specialises within Board Level Finance roles across the globe are looking to hire an Executive Assistant who can also assist with operational duties too.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

This is a forward-thinking EA role with lots of variety and potential to develop and grow in the future. You will be the kind of EA who is always one step ahead and able to introduce change to improve processes without upsetting the apple cart! Typical duties include:
  • Intricate diary management for the MD which will include multiple time zones and arranging suitable venues when face to face meeting occur.
  • Managing the MDs inbox and responding to clients on their behalf when required
  • International travel when restrictions allow.
  • Taking ownership of the company forecasting spreadsheet
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new starters
  • Taking ownership of IT issues and liaising with external parties to get resolutions.
  • Keeping the CRM system up to date with client and candidate information during the recruitment process
  • Assisting with presentations, pitch document, board packs and marketing material
  • Assisting with events with the marketing team.
WHO YOU ARE

To be successful, you will have experience in a similar EA role from within a smaller firm where you can demonstrate the ability to work in an environment where there are fewer procedures already in place.

Essential requirements:
  • Experience within an EA role where you have to focus on a senior Manager whilst being able to help a wider team.
  • Experience in Executive Search would be ideal but not essential.
  • Experience working in a smaller environment.
  • Ability to introduce new procedures to help streamline processes.
  • Proactive and able to be one step ahead.
  • Good use of initiative.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Strong academic achievements.
