You will have already gained experience as a Personal Assistant and be ready to take the next step up. You won’t be someone who needs the limelight – you will be a true team player and someone who can really learn from a Senior Executive Assistant rather than wanting to be the number one PA.

As you build trust with the team and the Principal you will take on your own responsibilities and projects, but you must be willing in the beginning to take instruction and be as flexible as possible.

Becoming part of the team of an ultra-successful individual you will be discreet and calm. The Principal deals with extremely high profile people and counts celebrities as friends, so you must be able to go about your daily routine and not be affected by VIP’s.
