We are working with a highly successful corporate company who are seeking a coordinator to join their team on a 3 month basis.

Working with professionals of all levels, you will be coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews, reviews and evaluations, as well as producing relevant documents for the team and collecting all the data for projects.

The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, happy to speak to professionals at all levels to chase documents and work to tight deadlines. You will have at least 2 years' experience of complex / high volume scheduling, this could be for internal and/or external meetings.

Day to day, your role will include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating consultant evaluations across Europe
  • Sending all communication to various parties and being the point of contact for on-going queries and questions
  • Setting up virtual events and video calls, ensuring all participants are sent reminders and have attended the meeting
  • Working with sensitive data and documents, distributing them to evaluators in a timely manner
  • Collecting employee data for reviews and assessments
  • Updating the CRM regularly

This will be a remote role, so candidates can be based in any European city.
