HR Advisor - Global Creative Agency (PART-TIME)
$110,000-$120,000p.a. (pro-rated)

Tiger is delighted to partner exclusively with a global agency specializing in PR, digital, and commerce. My client seeks an experienced HR Advisor to work PART-TIME, 2 days per week (flex to 4 half days). Based in New York, you will work extensively with the team in London and be the primary human resources presence in the US. You will be at the forefront of engaging with their internal workforce as they navigate their rapid growth over the course of 2021 and their HR presence in the US reaches maturity.
My client is a relationship-driven, diverse, creative environment, who needs someone who is responsive and reliable and enjoys working for an innovative company. You will have an understanding of the work they do and will be able to convey this internally and externally.

Duties
- Implementing policies and procedures in line with US employment law
- Managing all employee relations, working closely with managers
- Driving recruitment and onboarding processes for the New York office
- Ensuring company and market best practice
Candidate profile
- Graduate or postgraduate degree in HR
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience within an HR team
- Experience working within a creative agency or similar environment
- Hands-on experience working in an SME or start-up environment is desirable
