We have teamed up with an exciting and growing tech recruitment firm based in London that mainly recruit for top U.S business, and who are looking to appoint a super-star Executive Assistant for their high-net-worth CEO. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced EA to join an enthusiastic and ambitious recruitment company who have grand growth plans and a strong vision for their future.

You will be responsible for overseeing all organisation and administration for the CEO, whilst also assisting the wider team to ensure that the company continues to flourish. You will be heavily involved in the recruitment process, liaising with both candidates and clients, and so a background working within a recruitment agency previously is essential.

Working hours are 12pm to 9pm, Monday to Friday (as they work to U.S hours) with occasional urgent calls outside of these hours - all work will be conducted remotely. There are also opportunities for international travel with the company.


  • Support the CEO with general administration and organisation
  • Managing his diary and booking meeting, organisation travel and planning itineraries
  • Booking candidates in for registration interviews/organising meetings, venues and lunches
  • Putting together contracts for candidates and new clients
  • Obtaining and monitoring compliance,
  • Compiling weekly and monthly statistical reporting/KPI’s for CEO
  • Resourcing and processing potential candidates and job applications from the web; which involve uploading adverts
  • Inputting candidate resumes onto in-house database system
  • Putting together proposals and candidate packs in preparation for employee’s pitches with clients
  • Creating PowerPoint presentations for teams, managers and the CEO
  • Always finding ways of streamlining processes within the business to ensure efficiency and keeping costs low
  • Answering the phone and using own initiative to deal with queries from candidates and clients


  • Learning how to run payroll and invoicing clients
  • Support the business to chase outstanding debts
  • Manage consultant’s expenses
  • Helping to maintain the most appropriate IT systems and processes


  • Supporting with any required marketing material; tender documents etc.
  • Managing social media pages and helping grow online presence; LinkedIn, twitter etc.
  • Collaborating with VP of Engineering on the company website and job boards and keeping them up to date
  • Using initiative to look at new ways to market the company
  • Help organise events which are on-going throughout the year


  • Prior experience as a PA or EA (minimum 2 years’ experience)
  • Prior experience working within a recruitment agency, either as a recruiter or within an administrative role
  • A degree qualification or equivalent is preferred, but not essential
  • Happy to work 12pm-9pm Monday to Friday, with some out of hours calls for urgent matters
  • Flexibility to travel internationally
  • Confident, outgoing and sociable with a good sense of humour
  • Humble, hardworking and dedicated
  • Driven, hungry and eager to excel
  • Keen eye for detail – in particular with spelling and grammar
  • Excellent checkable references
