HR Coordinator - Performance Reviews

Immediate start for a meticulously organised professional with good international administrative and coordination experience.

Are you impeccably organised and able to juggle multiple small projects/events at once? We have a unique role with a world-renowned international firm, helping their HR/People team coordinate the global employee performance review process.

This is a high volume, time sensitive project and you will be good with systems and technology as you will be pulling information from various sources in preparation for each review committee.

You will need exceptional verbal and written English as you will be communicating with some of the most senior people in the firm to obtain written and verbal evaluations.

We need to see that you have coordinated meetings across different time zones, are capable of liaison across all levels of a business and are also an experienced user of the Zoom platform to both schedule, host and coordinate polling options for each review session.

A great three month role which will see you gaining experience with one of the world's most sought-after employers.
