An asset management firm in the West End is looking for an EA to join their dynamic team. They are a growing company and have onboarded almost 50ppl since the start of the pandemic!

In this role you will be assisting 8 partners with both business and personal aspects.
  • Extensive diary management (back to back diary for one of the partners)
  • Travel organisation
  • Scheduling meetings and prepping agendas
  • Helping book personal family holidays, presents for families etc.
The perfect candidate will have
  • Experience supporting a team of at least 5 partners (or similar level) – good at prioritising
  • Personal and private support experience
  • Project Management experience
  • Financial services background
 The salary for this role is up to £45k dependent on experience.
