In this unique creative project coordinator role you’ll be working with top FTSE 100 clients, helping them reinvent their businesses at pace. You’ll delivering high quality work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment with a fantastic and truly unique culture.
Working as part of a project team you will be the glue that holds the team together duties will include
- Day to day co-ordination of projects, helping your team to provide exceptional clients service.
- Working with the managers to provide commercially effective projects.
- Conduct and collate research and gather creative stimulus.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and internal teams using your great communication skills.
- Organise event sessions for clients.
- Manage the team diary
- Manage the budget and expenses across each project

As creative project coordinator you’ll be researching and coordinating projects and training programmes for clients, working closely with your team. This is definitely not a desk-bound job and no two days are the same in this role; from conducting research, sourcing venues and stimulus for a client insight project to designing mood boards for a presentation, keeping track of project costs and managing clients’ expectations, variety is key to this role.
Working at the centre of the project teams, expect to work autonomously, own the process, be yourself, be listened to and trusted. You’ll need to immerse yourself in each and every project you work on, always bring your A game and turn strategy into reality.

You will have 1-2 years work experience which demonstrates your outstanding organisational and communication skills. You will have had some experience managing projects and have kept budgets and have outstanding organisational and communication skills. A background supporting projects in a creative or people orientated environment is essential and within a management consultancy would be ideal but isn't essential. You will thrive on variety and have the ability to multi task effectively. It goes without saying that advanced MS Office 365 skills are essential and Photoshop/InDesign would be a great advantage.
Initially primarily working from home, when the office is reopens after lockdown you will get the opportunity to work with your team at the stimulating offices in Oxford Circus. This role takes great energy and positivity and the willingness to work sometimes long hours in a team to get the projects done.
