Legal PA – All Litigation (Permanent) - up to £44k + benefits

We are currently recruiting for one of the most exciting litigation specialist law firms in London who are looking for a Legal PA to join them in a newly created role.

You will be PA to a head of one of their litigation departments, as well as two fairly newly appointed partners, and one who is about to join.  

This will be a proper PA role, really varied and one that will need you to be very on the ball. Duties will include lots of diary management, billing, client liaison, and (when things normalise) lots of travel and events.

In addition to his legal practice the head of department also needs general PA support in his capacity as head of department, so this will really keep you on your toes!

What they need is exceptional PA skills and a solid background as a senior legal PA in Commercial Litigation. All four partners are described as charming, dynamic and highly engaged, so they want a confident legal PA, with excellent communication skills, professional manner – and a sense of humour!

The role is permanent, initially 100% remote working but when things are “back to normal” they are expecting to offer agile working across the firm, probably with a minimum of three days office based.

Ideal candidates will be highly skilled (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook & Word) and capable PA’s with drive, enthusiasm and the confidence and communication skills to handle themselves with very senior people both internally and externally.
