A growing international law firm is looking to hire a new Senior HR Officer on an initial 14 month FTC, to support the Partner population, working closely with the Head of Partner HR.  Responsibilities will include data analysis including visualisation and interpretation data Integrity and data analytics, the maintenance of Partner data and their integrity in People Portal and other databases, creating regular and ad-hoc reports in Power BI using HR data and financial data to provide useful and timely insights to the Partner HR team and to the management of the firm, Partner financial analysis and benchmarking to support allocation of profit / annual reviews: work with the finance team and the Head of Partner HR to prepare analysis to help Heads of Country make better informed proposal on salary reviews and allocation of profit; and to support the Board in assessing the fairness and consistency of the allocation process firm-wide, succession planning, workforce planning and Pipeline management, work with the Partner HR team and the senior management to develop / improve reporting in these areas, assisting with drafting offers letters, and other official documents for joiners, collation of offer packs and chasing all outstanding paperwork, ensuring the new joiner checklist is fully actioned, including timely communication to the relevant stakeholders, supporting in drafting Induction and Integration plans for lateral hires and organising quarterly calls with the lateral and their sponsor(s), attending the calls with a Partner HR Manager, taking notes and following up on actions, maintaining electronic Partner files and handling intranet administration, supporting the General Counsel and the Chairman on governance tasks (e.g. votes on Business Cases and Allocation results), supporting the recruitment team with lateral hires in the absence of the recruitment assistant or when the volume of work requires additional support. Candidates need to have previous HR Generalist and HR Systems experience within a law firm or professional services environment.  In addition candidates must present strong commercial and financial acumen, someone who is analytical and confident producing reports, in addition to having strong Microsoft Office experience.  Standard hours are 9.30am – 5.30pm and a salary of up to £45,000 is on offer.
