An unusual and rare role has transpired for a Chief of Staff /Private PA with a wide remit of skills tempered with empathy and a warm and intelligent approach, modern in outlook who also possess excellent emotional intelligence.   5 years+ as a Chief of Staff/Head of Operations within a Family Office or for a HNW individual + a degree standard with a warm and empathic personality.  A high level of emotional Intelligence and up to date with well-being, health/nutrition and lifestyle is imperative.

This is primarily a private support role with the Founders personal investments, lifestyle, health, property projects & various investments and interests.  You must have this background/experience as  Private PA with Chief of Staff experience to be considered for this role (Essential)

Supporting this extremely successful and dynamic boss in many aspects of his private life (including lifestyle management)  The role will be liaising in many areas from refurbishments and property purchases, construction projects from beginning to end to health & lifestyle management, liaising with lawyers and accountants, assisting with wealth management, personal assets and daily liaison with the Executive Assistant to keep things on track/running smoothly.

A wide understanding of the modern world, technology, health and fitness, property and most of all how to get the best out of people by leading by example with energy and humour.

The key to this role is experience as a Chief of Staff (or Senior Private PA) as well as this indefinable warmth and caring attitude that is the ethos of the Principal's company which has the attributes of a family office.

Excellent financial management skills, able to keep one step ahead and juggle many facets of this very interesting and likeable Principal who is open, collaborative and engaging.
