Description

This sales administration role will include but not be limited to the following duties:

• Order Processing
• Setting up new customers
• Process all Export orders
• Working closely with contacts to confirm orders through to collection/delivery
• Responsibility for maintaining the Order Tracker
• Request packing lists for completed orders for the accounts department
• Organise labelling
• Manage and liaise with shipping agents for delivery / collection of orders
• Responsibility for all export documentation and certification
• Setting up new suppliers
• Ensuring all supplier info is all up to date
• Producing end of month report analysis
• Liaising with our Sample Department for sample send-outs

Profile

The sales administrator will require the following:

• Previous experience within a similar role
• Great work attitude
• Excellent IT skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work well on our or in a team
• Great communicator
• Fast learner, ambitious and process driven
