Private PA - Kent/Essex

My client is a highly successful and incredibly busy entrepreneur who is looking for an organised and proactive Private PA.  This Private PA will work remotely and will be required to drive to the family home a few times a week as required.  The role is varied, supporting a young family and this Personal Assistant will be relied upon to come up with solutions and implement processes to ensure all aspects of their boss’s life runs smoothly.  The family have just moved into their new home and this Personal Assistant will assist with the refurbishment, helping to source interiors and furnishings.  This PA will also manage business and personal inboxes, schedule meetings, liaise with London HO EAs, organise family holidays and liaise with schools and nannies.  The ideal Personal Assistant will have around 5 years’ experience covering business and private support, have a UK Driver’s License and have worked from a private home.  A warm and friendly manner, combined with a can do attitude is essential. My client really looks after their staff and hard work is well rewarded.
