A unique opportunity has arisen to work for a philanthropist and investor in the Rocky Mountains, USA.  The role is to act as an extension to the Principal in order to enable them to focus on their investments and develop business opportunities. Support as he travels around the globe, sometimes for weeks at a time. You must enjoy working at the sharp end of a business where you have a full over view and understanding of all business activities without being wholly responsible. The role will encompass private and business duties which vary from ensuring the principal eats, to stepping in to run a business call. You will work alongside all the relevant business associates to keep a constant dialogue of issues that can be dealt with on the Principal’s behalf.  The duties will involve solving day to day issues with banks, lawyers and business associates, triage emails, deal with insurance, negotiate deals with contractors and reconcile overpayments. There is a private side of the role which involves carrying heavy luggage, ordering personal items, overseeing various properties and projects to setting up personal appointments. Ultimately you are the gate-keeper to the Principal and will be in a most trusted and confidential position.  Advantageous if you speak Japanese, with a strong understanding of the Japanese business culture.

Salary depending on experience, plus accommodation.
