An entry level opportunity for a recent graduate to join a successful, entrepreneurial investment management firm based in the City.
The Investment firm based in Central London has around 90 staff with offices in London, New York and Hong Kong. For the individual who’s able to demonstrate the right mind-set, together with the requisite skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to work collegiately with sales, marketing and investment professionals across the firm.

For the individual who’s able to demonstrate the right mind-set, together with the requisite skills, this role offers a unique opportunity to work collegiately with sales, marketing and investment professionals across the firm.
The Role:
- Work within the sales and marketing team - updating and producing marketing materials for existing and potential clients
- Presentations – produce updated marketing and client presentations on a regular monthly and ad hoc basis
- Project work - undertake projects as directed by the team and provide back-up to team members as needed
- Website - maintain the firm’s website, ensuring that it includes the latest documentation, replying to queries through the website from clients and prospective clients
- Manage and update the marketing and sales process, utilising MS Office expertise to produce and improve marketing materials
- Assist in the creation of improved management information relating to sales, pipeline, activity, statistics and peer group analysis
- Database management
- Provide client support and assistance to Relationship Managers
- Degree educated within a relevant subject area or evident related experience
- Genuine demonstrable interest within Financial Services
- Possess excellent numeracy, analytical and literacy skills
- Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy and thoroughness - monitor work to ensure quality
- Proactive, strong work ethic and willing to take responsibility
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office suite of applications.
