Personal Assistant to Chairman/CEO & Board (NW London)

An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for an experienced Personal Assistant (Board level) to join a leading well-known and rapidly expanding FMCG in North West London (near Staples Corner). You will be local to be considered. Car driver/ owner recommended due to the location. 

This is a full time, permanent position, with an immediate start for the chosen applicant. The role will be office based post lockdown. 

To be successful for this role you will have demonstrated PA experience to Board level, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, be flexible, willing and used to ever changing schedules juggling them with ease. You will be immaculately presented, articulate and you will be free immediately and ready to support.

Daily you will have the opportunity to manage the diaries for the Senior Board to include the Chairman/Founder and the CEO, email management, managing incoming correspondence and calls with discretion and acting as their gatekeeper, drafting letters and emails, proofreading, meeting organisation, international and national travel organisation including transport links and accommodations and other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the function.
