Private Office PA
We are looking for an exceptional and experienced Private Office PA to support a busy UHNW young professional, with both her private life & her philanthropic Foundation. Part home, part London office based. This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned, confident, dynamic & highly competent individual, who is well presented, articulate, has high attention to detail and an overall ‘can-do’ attitude.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Private PA Role
- Pro-active support for all aspects of the Principal’s personal life
- Travel search (including off the beaten track) & all travel arrangements, including private jets, scheduled flights, accommodation, transfers, ensuring personal preferences for travel are adhered to & getting the best deals
- Organising social activities & itineraries, entertainment, parties & weekends, booking restaurants etc, sometimes at short notice.
- Liaising with household staff, contractors, advisors & other family members
- Property management, household admin & financial organisation
- Ad hoc errands
Operations Support for the Philanthropic Foundation
- Oversight of operations & processes
- Database management
- General website updates
- Project & team coordination
- Ad hoc project research
- Basic bookkeeping (knowledge of Xero a benefit)

Terms
- Monday – Friday; 9am – 6pm, with high flexibility as required, including evenings & weekends
- Home & London office based
- Possible travel to Family Estates, though limited
- 22 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays
- Standard pension (NEST)
- Reporting to Principal and ED of the Foundation
- To start April, but will wait out notice period for right candidate
- Salary: £50 - £60K dependent on experience.
