Fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding tech recruitment company as a support coordinator, playing a vital and very visible role which is crucial to the company's success.

You will be responsible for answering the main phone line and hosting the online live chats supporting the company's members and current and prospective clients.  You will manage the enquiries email inbox, provide product support for internal customers, helping them navigate the knowledge management systems and support users of the interview scheduling tool on the platform.  You will also provide support for the sales team, creating pitch presentations and helping process and evaluate membershjp requests.

The ideal candidate will be a graduate (or equivalent) with some good solid corporate experience, probably within a customer support role or helpdesk,  possibly within a tech or recruitment environment.  You should have very strong tech skills, be proactive, always looking to improve processes and if you have used a customer service system such as Zendesk, that would be a real advantage.  Your communications skills and phone manner should be first class and you should be hungry to really develop your career and grow with the company.
