Proof of Delivery Administrator

Are you an experienced POD Administrator seeking a new role?  Do you enjoy working as part of a busy, friendly and dynamic team at a fast pace?

We are seeking a Proof of Delivery Administrator with exceptional experience within the transport or freight industry to join this fast paced team.

You will be initially home based but depending on location at some point may relocate to the London office, but don’t worry if you are based outside of London, if all goes well with remote working then there is no reason why you can’t continue in this role!

Duties

  • Check PODs uploaded by hauliers.
  • Chase PODs which haven’t been uploaded after 48 hours of job being delivered.
  • Liaise with haulier if wrong pages/orders and/or unclear PODs are uploaded. Get correct ones.
  • Verify PODs in our internal system.
  • Liaise with customers over email on POD queries.
  • Work together with the transport and finance team in case of any POD related issues.

  • Extremely high attention to detail
  • Exceptional organisational skills
  • Good customer relationship skill
  • Previous experience in the role
  • Ability to work in a team
