Amazing opportunity for an EA to support the Founders of a growing and innovative skincare brand. As EA, your role will be to provide full organisational business and personal support. We are looking for an individual who is great at building relationships, can forward plan, think strategically and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

Responsibilities include:

  • Diary and inbox management
  • Document writing and presentation drafting 
  • Compiling board packs and minute-taking
  • Organisation of weekly Executive meetings, including preparation, collation and distribution of meeting materials and following up on actions
  • Scheduling/coordinating general meetings
  • Booking travel and coordinating itineraries
  • Collating and submitting expenses
  • Acting as a focal point for communication, for internal and external contacts 
  • Planning and event managing office parties, twice yearly 
  • Personal diary support - including school calendars, events and correspondence
  • Project management

What we are looking for: 

  • EA experience at C-suite / Founder level
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Clear and concise writing skills
  • Multi-tasker who is master of the detail
  • A great problem solver 
  • Display initiative and be highly proactive
  • Flexible in approach and to assist with ad-hoc requests
  • Strong IT skills
