One of London's top investment management firms is looking for an exceptional PA to join them. It's a very prestigious firm, with a lovely culture. There's a great network of PAs in the office so you'll definitely feel supported in your role. This will be a remote start, but will eventually require working full time in the stunning offices located in the heart of the West End. We're looking for a PA who thrives off working under pressure, has excellent Excel skills and a real interest supporting a finance team and taking on projects.  

THE ROLE

You will primarily be supporting six professionals within the Finance Team with traditional PA duties of diary management and international travel. You will then also provide support to the wider team of 10 with finance related tasks and projects. Including, reporting, budget management and reconciling invoice payments and expenses. Experience using Workday, PeopleSoft and Concur operating systems would be an advantage. As the lynchpin of the finance team you will also be responsible for the organisation of team socials and ensuring that these events stick to the budget!

The ideal PA will have supported a finance team and will have come from a Finance or Professional Services background. You will be a true team player, calm under pressure and happy to muck in and take on more tasks that come your way.
