The Role
We are looking for an accomplished Personal Assistant for this brand new role, working with one of the leading and largest multinational law firms in their London HQ office.
The PA role is supporting the HR Team in a 12 month FTC, reporting to the Practice Group Manager.
You will be an experienced, professional and proactive PA, comfortable with working in a fast-paced corporate environment and adept at supporting a busy team. Experience working in an HR environment would be ideal but not essential.
The role will include project management and taking ownership of tasks as well as playing a critical role in the team, managing all routine and administrative tasks.
You will have excellent communication and relationship building skills, able to offer client-focussed support to stakeholders at all times.
Responsibilities
- Team administrative support including:
- Diary management and managing email accounts using your own initiative
- Develop and maintain systems to promote efficiency and organisation
- Draft correspondence and engagement letters
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Attend and contribute to team meetings as required
- Relationship building:
- Build strong relationships with internal and external clients and stakeholders
- Build strong relationships with business services teams and maintain effective and efficient use of business support services
- Support additional stakeholders and colleagues as and when required
- Maintain knowledge and understanding about current matter deals and projects
- Act as gatekeeper for stakeholders internally and externally
- Ensure all activities and duties adhere to risk and compliance requirements
- Proactive upward management of business development and other firm-wide initiatives
