Marketing Coordinator

This dynamic, forward- thinking and award winning practice delivering consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry are looking for an experienced Marketing Coordinator with a creative flair to join their marketing team. It’s a busy and fast paced role in a great team. You will be able to hit the ground running and ready for a new challenge.

Key duties involve:

• Work with the head of marketing & bids to develop social media strategy and be responsible for implementing.
• Be responsible for website maintenance, updates and monitoring and following up on website traffic.
• Web & social media analysis and reporting.
• Management of collateral library – pro actively updating and liaising with business to make sure all up to date: CV/Case studies/ images /capability statements.
• Using company brand guidelines as a basis to improve the quality of our internal and external comms.
• Working with technical teams around the business to ensure a consistent and improved standard of technical templates.
• Designing print and online marketing materials and presentations as required
• Event organisation and management
• Supporting in the submission of accreditations and awards etc.
• Supporting the internal intranet homepage (SharePoint) with updates
• Support the team and business with any ad hoc duties required.

The right person will be really self-motivated with a real passion for marketing who enjoys getting creative.  You’ll need previous experience in a marketing position with excellent written and creative communication skills and strong Indesign, ideally gained in construction, architecture, engineering or similar.

You’ll be based at home initially but then working in their London office, once the world opens up again.
