Team Assistant

A fantastic  Team Assistant role has become available in one of the worlds leading and most prestigious Hedgefund’s.  Based in the heart of Mayfair this role is not to be missed!

For an up and coming  Team Assistant who wants a busy position, where they will able to develop their career and support some of the best and most active people in the business!

THIS IS AN URGENT HIRE! As a team assistant, you will have the opportunity to work with an array of personalities within the company, giving you an incredible insight into the workings of one of the most significant Hedgefunds in Europe. This position would be perfect for someone with entry-level skills guided by the  PA’s and making the role their own.

Duties include:

• Managing the incoming calls, ensuring that messages are taken clearly and professionally. (Telephone and e-mail). Comprehensive diary management
• Answering telephones and dealing with calls as appropriate
• Filing, photocopying and general secretarial duties Occasional errands
• Extensive contact with brokers and clients to set up meetings and conference calls
• Expenses including currency reconciliation Reservations, including taxis, restaurants etc.
• Conduct detailed and comprehensive handovers to other PA’s
• Arranging travel and preparing detailed itineraries Assist in binding presentations for meetings.
• Ordering couriers
• General photocopying
• Organising research material

The perfect candidate will be polite and hardworking with a positive attitude.  You must take pride in your appearance and be a team player.  As well as having good communication skills, both verbal and written.  You must have a confident and approachable nature. You must be highly organised, think on your feet and work as part of a team!

£28,000 – £30,0000 Plus bonus.   Working hours 8 am – 5 pm
