Our client, a World leader in Private Equity, based in the West End are now seeking an Office Manager IMMEDIATELY.

This is an exciting time to join their boutique and friendly organisation, as they're currently going through growth plans and are about to have their best year yet!
Exciting opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to be the lynch pin of their organisation and ensure that all their trains are running on time! A varied position that allows you to be involved in all aspects of their company

Duties include:
*Manage bank account
*Manage credit card account
*Process all payments according to protocol including payroll/employee expenses/PAYE
*Reconcile bank account and credit card monthly
*Manage diary for all staff including Principle.
*Arrange meetings/calls/lunches/events etc. as required
*Arrange meetings and send out invites per protocol for client meetings
*Manage and maintain all office supplier contracts
*Point of contact for Argyll Centre and all suppliers
*Perform regular reviews of suppliers to ensure getting value for money
*Liaise with Solutions 4 Compliance for all forms/FCA processes

Candidate specification:
*Experience working within Office Management
*Experience working with professional services
*Excellent levels of communication
*Proactive and confident candidate
*Accounts experience and bookkeeping experience.
*Hardworking and trustworthy

This is to start immediately paying £40-46K.
