Senior Administrator / Administration Officer / Office Manager - Bolton

Administration Officer - A role has arisen for an experienced administration officer at this leading asset management firm in Bolton. The role will involve overseeing a diverse range of matters including BAU tasks and the general administration function as well as supporting with client liaison and document management. There will also be some compliance elements to the role, though the key element is the administrative function.

Our client is an established operator in the property sector. They specialise in ground rent management and collections as well as property finance and have one of the leading financial products in the market which is revolutionising the way development projects are funded.

They work with all sizes of partners, developers and funders from SMEs to national banks and investment houses and have an enviable position in the market. Whilst not the biggest, they pride themselves in being the most innovative and commercial. As a result, they have earned the reputation as a swift, efficient and highly respected operator.

The position is a key role in this growing company and is a role which will very likely develop over time. The main aspect of the position is variety. As the successful applicant, you will be required to oversee a diverse range of administrative functions and ensure they are managed through efficiently.

Tasks and responsibilities will include:

  • support with client liaison;
  • document management;
  • data entry;
  • management of general processes; and
  • oversight of compliance matters.

You will also provide support to key individuals within the firm, such as the CEO and Group Financial Director.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

Organisational and prioritisation skills are crucial. This is a role which also requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a team as well as autonomously. The Board are looking to attract someone with enthusiasm and a "can do" attitude; someone who is willing to get involved and who can be trusted and relied upon to help keep the administrative function of this fast-paced organisation on track.
