Project Manager - FTC

Our client, a world's leading Executive Search and Advisory Company are now recruiting a Project Manager to join them on a 12month FTC.

The Project Manager's key responsibilities will be to support the Consultants in the coordination of client's engagements. The team is built of around 20-25 Consultants/Project Managers and your duty will be to assist and support them daily.

Duties include:
*Manage and maintain project calendars and coordinate schedules, making arrangement for internal or client-facing meetings.
*Schedule interviews and meetings associated with projects.
*Serve as single point of contact with client administrative resources.
*In accordance with the Firm's brand standards, prepare all production work associated with executing an assignment from start to finish, maintaining consistent standards of high quality. Includes:
oMaterials for potential new assignments
oIndividual and group reports/final output presentations
oInternal correspondence/communications
oClient correspondence/communications
oProofing
*Join internal and client meetings as appropriate to prepare minutes/action items and follow up to ensure timely completion.
*Set up and manage secure folder on common drive for project documentation.

Candidate Specification:
*Experience working as a Project Manager/Coordinator.
*Experience working within Executive Search/Professional services.
*High attention to detail.
*Advanced skills on all MS office packages, including Excel.
*Languages would be desirable due to the role having international exposure.
*Degree desirable.
*Self-starter who can pick up tasks quickly.
*Excellent levels of communication both verbal and written.
*The ability to communicate at all levels from Partners to Assistants.
*Ability to adapt to the international outreach.
*Ability to work closely in a team and support another Project Manager/EA's when needed.

Salary paying £40-50K to start immediately.
