A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a bright and hands on Junior PA looking for the next step.  Joining one of the UK's most successful Tech companies which has a special division incubating exciting new tech start-ups.  Joining the CEO's team you will have the opportunity to learn and grow in the role and work in a company that recognises talent and hard work.

Degree standard, well presented, articulate and aware of current affairs/the world and new technology.  2 years+ experience with involvement in PR/Marketing/Media (A real plus point)  or technology supporting mostly in business but happy to assist with Private Support when needed.

Assisting 2 Senior EA's with a wide array of support and assisting the CEO with a wide range of interesting research projects and planning and assisting with leadership events and conferences.  Assisting with organisational and administrative support to the team, processing invoices and expenses and preparing detailed paperwork for meetings.  Planning travel and itineraries & researching.  Sorting out electronic filing systems.  Assisting with Private support to the CEO when required including errands and researching various requests.

You will have a positive and hands on approach - happy to turn your hand to what needs doing.  Able to think outside of the box and solutions driven.  Team assistant experience and happy to go the extra mile. Some marketing experience would be a real plus.  Able to prioritise and organise your workload easily and be very goal orientated.  Adaptable, flexible and personable, confident and articulate.  Calm under pressure with excellent IT including GSuite.  Excellent verbal and literacy/reporting skills.  Confident liaising at all levels and able to spot areas that need improvement and act upon them.  A driver would be advantageous.
